Returns & Refunds
Let's keep this simple. If you'd like to return an item, simply fill out the form below or start an online chat and we'll be happy to help. You'll need to return your products to us - the address will be provided once you submit the form below. Just make sure it comes back to us in the original condition and there's no problem. No need to return it in the original packaging!
We'll issue a refund as soon as we get your product back, and the speed you receive it will depend on our banks.
All the options will require you to pay for the postage back to us, but in the unlikely event it's a faulty product, we'll refund the postage too.

That's cool, we all change our minds. We'll refund as soon as we receive it.
If in the very unlikely case you're returning due to a faulty product (it's not happened yet!) we'll also refund your postage. We'll email you to arrange this.
